Which product is Steve Pinchotti is the chief executive officer of Altum. Steve joined Ken in 1997 when he saw an opportunity to help build a great company, and he has been indispensable every step of the way. Steve and Ken have been working together for more than 15 years (beginning at American Management Systems – now CGI) and still share the same passion for delighting customers, building innovative software solutions and creating a company culture that fosters camaraderie and employee growth.
As CEO, Steve is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and overseeing all aspects of the organization, including product development, professional services, marketing, business development and operations. Under Steve’s leadership as COO, and then CEO in 2008, Altum has tripled in size and was awarded its inaugural spot on the 2008 Inc. 5000 list.
Steve is an avid musician and enjoys playing golf and roller hockey, running and reading. He also is a new parent and currently is translating his strategic-thinking skills to the challenges of fatherhood.
