Which product is Reston, VA - Altum won a new contract with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) during the month of October. There, Altum will help automate FDA performance reports and service level measurements using software from Actuate, an Altum channel partner. The initial work will involve reviewing the current performance framework/hierarchy within the Office of Shared Services, including reviewing current measures, targets, and performance data and making recommendations for modifications to existing structures and the creation of new or revised measurements. Future work is expected to involve analysis and recommendations for the integration of existing FDA software for the purpose of uploading source data directly into Actuate software.
