BCIG BRAINSTORMING
SESSION: "Personal Health Records for Patients”
Clinical
Center (Building 10) Medical Board Room (Room 2C116)
Topic: Tools like Google Health and Microsoft HealthVault make it
much easier for hospitals to share data with their patients through personal
health records websites. Do we want to develop something like this at the NIH?
Do patients want us to? Should we be allowed to? Is it even a good thing to do?
Mohammad Al-Ubaydli thinks the answer to all these questions is “Yes!” But
working out the details is worthy of a BCIG Brainstorming Session.
