Altum welcomes John McManigle to the Team

Chantilly, VA. June 1, 2003 - Altum, Inc. today announced that Mr. John McManigle has joined the company. Mr. McManigle comes to Altum with 10 years of software development and project management experience. His achievements include:

•  Over ten years of experience in implementing and integrating large-scale software solutions for a wide variety of    state and local governments, universities, and school districts throughout the United States.
•  Designed and developed migration strategies and solutions to convert legacy applications to newer systems.
•  Architected hundreds of custom software processes to meet the business requirements of his clients.
•  Designed and developed a custom web solution for a U.S. state's Human Resource Data Warehouse using    Macromedia's Cold Fusion.
•  Designed and developed a web based solution providing self-service functionality to employees allowing them to    change human resource information such as address, enrolling in benefits, adding dependents, etc. using Microsoft    technologies.
•  Designed and developed custom data mart/data warehousing products using Business Objects.
