Altum Wins Justice Conversion Contract

Chantilly, VA. July 29, 2003 - Today Altum was awarded a contract from the Department of Justice, Environmental and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) to convert their legacy WordPerfect 9 legal document templates and macros to Microsoft Word 2002 format. As part of the JCON II project, the Justice Dept recently implemented a new office automation solution based on Windows NT, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook and the Corel Legal Suite.

Altum will assist ENRD in the conversion effort to make the document templates and macros available for the transition to the new office system.

Altum CEO Ken Fang said today: "We are proud to have been chosen by the Justice Department to play a role in their transition to newer and more efficient technology. There was some very good competition for this contract and we will do our best to ensure the success of our role in the project."
