Altum redesigns AGA web-based newsletter
Chantilly, VA. September 17, 2003 - The first version of the Association for Government Accountants' (AGA) Web-based newsletter was provided electronically to 1,600 AGA members this morning. Altum, Inc. redesigned the newsletter with their interactive group at Estco Medical. Altum and Estco are partners in providing the AltumMedigent software suite, a robust content management system and online collaboration tool. Altum also offers other products including AltumGRS (Grants Reporting System), AltumPDT (Professional Development Tool - for employee evaluations and professional development), AltumQR (Query and Reporting), and AltumATS (Advanced Text Search engine). Altum's systems have been deployed at 14 of the 27 Institutes and Centers at National Institutes of Health.
"We are very satisfied with the results and look forward to providing continued support for the government accounting community" said Wendy Papagjika, Altum CFO.
Altum volunteered for the task when the AGA sought help from vendor members to improve their newsletter and provide it in an electronic format to the members. Previously, the newsletter was provided to members in a costly printed and mailed format.
