Altum Appoints New VP of Business Development

Chanillly, VA. December 2, 2002 - Altum, Inc. today announced that Mr. Richard Schrader recently joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Schrader joins Altum with twenty years of sales experience; fifteen of them in the federal government. His achievements include:

•  Over ten years experience in federal sales for Computer Associates International
•  Four years as National Director Federal Systems at TALX, delivering federal solutions and growing revenues by    $10M in the federal sector
•  Development of two e-gov concepts: Web-enabled federal retirement calculator and the US Forest Service single    sign-on Dashboard used in the US Forest Service ConnectHR system.
