Altum, Inc., Launches Easygrants Customer Support Forum
Reston, VA, October 2013 – In an effort to improve client collaboration and knowledge sharing, Altum has implemented a discussion group web site. This site includes general information on grants management topics, best practices, and Easygrants-specific topics. The forum site also provides opportunities to recommend features and enhancements. There is also self-paced learning through training documents and audio recordings.

In addition, Altum, Inc. has taken further strides to improve the overall customer support experience for Easygrants clients. Altum has selected Zendesk to provide a customer support helpdesk for Easygrants. Now Easygrants clients can simply send an email resulting in creation of a support ticket and automatic notification to our support team. Clients can use emails to track the issue to resolution and communicate updates to Altum staff. In addition to email support, Zendesk provides Easygrants clients portal access to all tickets within an organization across multiple users. Tickets can be updated and attachments are supported. Internally, the Altum development team implemented a tracking system that is integrated with Zendesk which streamlines development efforts and issue resolution.
