Altum, Inc., Releases Easygrants 9.1

Reston, VA – January 25, 2017 – Altum, Inc. announced release of the next significant version of Easygrants™, its enterprise grants management solution.
Easygrants™ 9.1 is a significant leap forward in the evolution of the Easygrants™. The security and audit controls found in Easygrants™ have been dramatically enhanced to meet the needs of government agencies and other large grant-making organizations. Improvements include hardening of all system functions against external intrusions as well as granular security controls to compartmentalize access. In an overhaul of Easygrants auditing functions, Altum included an easy to use search and visualization interface for the systems administrator or security officer, called the Audit Inspector, to ensure fast access and clear transparency into what changes were made and by whom.

According to Mr. Dave Radomsky, Chief Information Officer at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, “This latest evolution of Easygrants validates the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s investment in an off-the-shelf grants management solution that continues to grow with our needs; and, in our selection of Altum as a business partner with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement. These new security and audit features are valuable improvements which support NFWF’s commitment to careful stewardship of the funds entrusted to us and compliance with government grant regulations.”

Included in this new release are also exciting enhancements to existing features, such as Easygrants Form Builder, which allows each client to easily customize the data collected at each step in their workflow. Significant new capabilities for version control and data collection for Easygrants’ standardized forms and data for Key Performance Metrics (“KPIs”), Matching Contributions/Leveraged Funding and Project Milestones, providing form and task based data controls for access and edit which correspond to specific requirements at different points in the grant life-cycle.

Jamie McKee, Director of Grants Management Solutions for Altum, states “We continue to invest aggressively in new and improved capabilities for Easygrants that enable our customers to maximize the value they get from their investment in their grants management system.”
